Bow to the new messiahs of thrash!.
Puzzle box | Kuwait | 05/23/2008
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Municipal Waste are the kings of thrash metal. Their sound is a cross between Slayer, Exodus, Suicidal Tendencies and S.O.D but these guys are not a novelty act or a ripoff they definetely have some talent and they're a highly original and new thrash metal group that happens to be excellent. Even though the songs on The Art of Partying don't last that long they still manage to blast through with high speed and energy and there is a lack of variation but it still fu***** rocks, you've got some fantastic songs like Sadistic magician, Mental shock, Headbanger face rip, Inebriator, Rigorous vengeance and Beer pressure these are the songs that stand out the most but basically the whole album was great they also add a bit of humor with the concept of partying and getting wasted. It sounds like old school thrash so if you're familiar with this stuff then your going to love it! Sadistic magician has got to be one of the greatest thrash songs I've ever heard and its the track that I constantly have on repeat, anyway the album was filled with some killer hooks and great shredding riffs that make you wanna head bang till you get a neck injury, make sure that you get this awesome album now!!."

"Every song is about getting wasted. If you like this, check out Mighty High...In Drug City."

"get ready for the pit boys and bitches! these guys mix DRI & Nuclear Assault and produce one mosh riff after another...a definite addition to any fan's collection of classic metal/thrash/crossover \m/ could have been released in 89!"
