CD Reviews

Worth Buying for One B-Side? YES!
James Dawson | Woodland Hills, CA United States | 03/09/2007
(4 out of 5 stars)

"I'm always leery of buying a CD such as this one that has only an album track and a single otherwise-unavailable song. But in the "quality not quantity" department, the B-side "Christian Dior" on this one is really good. Sure, I would have preferred an American "maxi-CD" release with more songs -- but as of March 9, 2007, there's no such thing. Alas."
Weak LP track, amazing non-LP b-side!
G. Mitchell | Los Angeles, CA United States | 02/19/2007
(3 out of 5 stars)

"The album track, IN THE FUTURE..., is a rather pedestrian album track from Morrissey's latest, as the record label milks yet another single from a weaker cut, but...that said, the "b-side" CHRISTIAN DIOR is a classic latter-day Moz track, as clever and winning as you can image from a Morrissey track with a title like that. Worth a few bucks just for the bonus non-LP cut! Nice cover shot of Moz licking an ice cream cone, too!"
