CD Reviews

Not complete

"(...) It would appear that judging from the list, about 4 songs are missing off the American issue. I bought the CD in Spain (release from Discmedi Blau), which is a double CD, and has 18 tracks. Among the songs apparently missing is an 11 minute version of "Gallaecia Fulget", which is one of the high points of their concert. Judging from the list of included songs on the American release, it should still be decent, but somehow I would feel ripped off if I had bought the American release and then later stumbled upon the Spanish issue."
Chintzy

"This is a real shame. What should have been an absolutely stunning disc by Milladoiro in a live setting was instead slightly cheapened by the exclusion of many of the best tracks from the original SONIFOLK release out of Spain (which I advise viewers of this article to seek out). The packaging of the Green Linnet version is not quite as nice, and I feel it was a bad mistake to leave of some of the most boisterous tracks in favor of the more quiet, pastoral ones. A real waste."
A Galician Treasure

"Milladoiro is a Galician treasure. Their music is not just a different breed of Celtic music, some of the pieces are full of the colors and aromas from Galicia, Spain's Northwestern corner Spain. The album is a live concert played in Argentina, where many Galicians migrated."
