"Many people only seem to remember some performers for one big hit single. That seems to be the case with Michael Johnson.

Back in 1977, he had the huge hit Bluer Than Blue. But nothing he did after that seemed to have the same appeal, like the 1979/1980 hit I Know This Night Won't Last Forever. Sadly, these two songs are not on this CD.

However, in the 1980's, Michael Johnson reemerged as a country performer when the country sound had a very strong pop/rock sound. If you remember such country hits as Give Me Wings, That's That, I'll Whisper Your Name and The Moon Is Still Over Her Shoulder, than you'll enjoy this CD. These are not re recorded. They are the original hits as they appeared on RCA back in the 1980's.
