A Really Great Disc.

"This is a fine disc which features a couple of boogie-woogie tracks with Albert Ammons. Then, it has some really wonderful slow blues--for which Meade Lux Lewis really had a special feeling and talent. These rare cuts are mostly 4 mins. duration from special 12" 78rpm records. Plus a really unusual two tracks of Meade playing harpsichord!"
