Malaria is definately on my top 5... once you have heard them, the music will weave through your brain on a continuos loop... they are very addictive! I love the front-woman's voice!!! My favorites was 'Klates Klares Wasser' with the harmonica intro, that wasn't on the studio version,'You',and of course 'Meeting Place'. Bettina Koster's vocal style blends well with how the instruments are being played, is like a vision of extreme apocalyptic righteousness. Anyway, I enjoyed every track with my only regret that they did not include the cut 'Geld' from the first album. Gen. DogP.S. I think after Malaria! broke up, some of the members formed a band called 'MATADOR'...which is most excellent!"
