CD ReviewsLuther's a "Lost Treasure" K M Perilloux | 11/27/2001 (5 out of 5 stars) "I had heard a few of Luther Kent's blues and R & B songs and liked them, but this CD blew my socks off! The man has a huge voice that is as sweet sounding as a voice can be.
I heard my husband playing it and didn't remember getung a CD of ballads--but it was "Classic Songs". We have since seen a couple of live performances, and I've come to realize what a talent he really is. From the first notes of "Do you know what it means to miss New Orleans to the last of "Over the Rainbow", his heart is in each sound. This is a must for anyone who enjoys romantic ballads." |
