Lucky Oceans co-founded (and named) Asleep At The Wheel almost 40 years ago. On this disc of classic western swing, his steel guitar is roundly supported by members of The Wheel and other notables including Ray Benson, Johnny Gimble, Chris O'Connell, Floyd Domino, Fran Christina and others. Recorded in 1980 shortly before Lucky left the Wheel and moved to Australia where he continues to explore the ever-changing horizons of the steel guitar and hosts a nation-wide radio program. The man can play!!!
