"think Van Halen (DL Roth-era) meets Jane's Addiction.
pretty much the whole record is solid. Leave Me Alone,
Gone Away and Self in Blue are standouts. and i think
they were from Portland, Oregon...
Hard to find album worth the search

"I first heard this group on the Bill and Ted'd Bogus Journey soundtrack. The song, Showdown, was my favorite on the soundtrack - a very good soundtrack I might add. I decided to go in search of a full album from the group. At the time, it was rather easy to find and I got the cassette tape. Once I got a CD player (yes quite some time ago), I went looking for it again in CD form. No luck. It is a testement to how good I feel this album is in that I searched for close to 2 years to find a CD copy of it and it was well worth it. Pick it up if you want rock with fantastic chord and rhythm changes and tremendous harmonies. Don't look for too much depth in the lyrics, but just sit back and enjoy."
A band that should have sold records

"This is not the best CD in the world. It is a very solid album, it's fun, and the musicianship is good. Now that you can only get this CD used you can get it cheap, and it is well worth it. It's good solid fun rock/metal. It's not dark, it's really a fun CD to listen to. I met the guitar player (Dirk) when I was promoting my old band, and we talked about Love On Ice. Dirk was a fun guy to be around, and really funny. You will hear that when you listen to this CD. This band would have been successful had they been backed by their label properly. It's too bad that they were never allowed to develop the sound that was on this record. This band could have put out a lot of really good music. Pick this CD up, it's fun first effort, and it shows what could have been."
