Cent. & yet his reputation has still to be established. He was not a modernist but a romantic conservative (just like Bach was relative to his time). His music truly wonderful;just let yourself know it. This concerto is just one among many recordings now released that you can sample to see if it is for you; i personally never tire of listening to his music & this work i like particularly since it compares well with, say, any Rachmaninoff concerto."
