Reagan | Oregon | 09/10/2005 (4 out of 5 stars) "I have heard a lot of complaints about how this single was nothing like the "good old" LOA from Lust and Voodoo-u. So what's so bad about that???? I actually really enjoyed this track, it is great background music for parties and such.
If you are a fan of the more "traditional" LOA sound and only the traditional LOA sound then this is probably not the CD for you, however, It is well done and almost addictive at times. If you have an open mind about the band taking a creative "risk", then this will probably spend a lot of time in your CD Player. My only caveat is that even though each remix is a bit different, they are still too much alike to necessitate so many versions of the one song, that is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. All in all a good buy, especially for the price." |
