CD Reviews

Leslie West at his best!
zorolulu | Los Angeles, CA United States | 11/16/2008
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This is a fantastic performance by Leslie West. The best I ever heard, and I have pretty much all official and unofficial recordings by Leslie West, WB&L, and Mountain, and I watched him live 3 times.

Here you get great Carmine Appice on drums, and unknown bass player (who is fantastic himself too). The sound is excellent, and West is on fire here. If you like Mountain this is a must. This is the best piece of music I've ever purchased. This is what the rock is all about, and why they consider West to be one of the best guitar players. His tone was always great, but by this time his technique really improved.Thank you to whoever found and realeased this concert. CD clocks at almost 69 minutes."
