"I saw Nika perform at some karate dojo/indie music venue in the industrial area of my town when she toured with Mt. Eerie, and she just blew me away. She sounds kind of like a more relaxed Bjork (occasionally drifting into Louis Armstrong-esque scat sections) with simple, meditative guitar parts accented with clumsy piano, cello and clarinet (a la super-early Bright Eyes.) Of course I have know idea what she's singing about, but she's phenomenal, and she's super cute."
