"I've been listening to Karen Mason for about 20 years and she always has remained classically Karen. This CD is no different. What makes Karen Mason so special? Her soulful interpretation. Her unique style. Her wonderful voice. And her humor. I sat listening to this CD and smiled and laughed (when my eyes weren't welling up)as though I were sitting in a dark cabaret watching and listening to her. Not so difficult since this is a live recording, complete with ambient audience reaction. OK. Let's face it: I'm a Karen Mason fan. But I'm a fan for a reason. She's one of the best in the business. Get this CD: it'll add a whole new and welcome point of view to your Christmas CD collection."

Karen's Yuletide CD Always Warms The Heart For The Holidays

"This is such an exquisite CD! Karen's one of my top cabaret recording artists, and if you haven't had a chance to see her perform, run to your nearest cabaret venue when her name is on the club marquee! I was turned on to her by her CD, "Better Days". A very introspective compilation of great songs by Chicago songwriter, Brian Lasser, I also might add. My favorite tracks on this Christmas release are "What The World Needs Now/We Need A Little Christmas / It's Today / We're So Glad You're Here" medley, and "I'll Be Home For Christmas". You can be sure I'll be rotating this CD for the Holidays again, along with "Christmas in Chicago" by cabaret artist and former Chicagoan, Michael Poss. I can't wait to buy another CD released by Karen Mason! She's a kind soul with a splendid voice."
