"I'm listening to "Grant Me Eyes" as I write. Joanne's music is deeply moving. How can it be that her work contains both profound beauty and possiblity, while describing a path of destruction and loss? Musically gorgeous, this CD is ultimately one of love and connection. While we shouldn't live in fear of losing those we love, Joanne reminds us that appreciating this moment with them is a good idea. -nuru"
