CD Reviews

Wow!

"A friend played me this disk and I went out and bought it that same day. Jaw dropping, amazing. Incredible lyricist in the Elvis Costello vein, with great production and melodies. One of the finest albums of the year and I hate everything. True beautiful, inspiring music. That this isn't on a major label (yet) is criminal."
Lyrical Genius!

"Jason White is not only an amazing songwriter, but also very skilled at delivering the songs with a very intriguing style. Some people have gotten offended by what seems to be a pro-abortion song, but that's only because they are not intelligent enough to actually LISTEN to the whole song before passing judgement and it doesn't help the Tim McGraw doesn't do the song justice. As a native Nashvillian I've heard a lot of songwriters and very few are as gifted as Jason.
This CD is a must have if you like an album you can sing with the car, chill to at home, or just be inspired by. Not a bad song in the mix.
Thanks, Jason! Keep 'em coming!"
"In the back of that red ragtop...."

"Jason came to my school with a group called "Freedom Sings" sponsored by the First Amendment Center in Washington, D.C. First of all, the group was amazing! And when I heard that Jason had written "Red Ragtop" for Tim McGraw, I was impressed. But when he sang it.... Well, I cried. I hadn't heard the Tim McGraw version, but I thought Jason was probably better, since he had written it. It probably comes more from the heart. Oh, and he also sang a Bob Dylan song--he sounds just like him!! I'm now a fan of country music! Or at least Jason White. :) LET'S MAKE HIM FAMOUS!"
