"Janna Long is part of the amazing contemporary Christian quartet Avalon. Each vocalist could easily have a solo career because the caliber of their voices is so high. Many members of very successful groups have released solo debuts with less than successful results, but that is not the case here -- Janna Long's foray as a soloist is impeccable.She has always hinted at the soulful powerhouse unleashed here, but the polished, compelling vocal presence throughout this release is a joy. Janna obviously took the time to craft a solo debut that reflects her true self. Her heart is obviously urban/R&B, and her message of joy in Christ remains in the forefront.It's difficult to select the best songs -- they really are all excellent. "Greater is He" and "Think About That" are almost perfect, and the ballads showcase a true diva (so overused, but so true here). "Superman" is a fun dance tune featuring her husband, fellow CCM artist Greg Long (who is most definitely not a rapper), in a playful rap. Her cover of Michael English's "In Christ Alone", with its lovely keyboard and string arrangement, is signature Janna, yet pays homage to the original version of this contemporary Christian music classic.In all, an impressive solo release that is successful on many levels. It expresses Janna's artistry and personal convictions while reinforcing the message of hope and redemption in Christ."

"This album is a great mix of r-and-b, pop and some techno influence. Janna's voice just blows me away-she has such a soulful quality to her vocals. Every track on this cd is absolutely fantastic! This is a must have cd if you are also a fan of the group Avalon. Awesome job, Janna!"

"Upon hearing Avalon for the first time this past summer and hearing their song, Fly to You, I immediately liked the passion and soulfulness in the lead singer's voice. Knowing very little about them, I wondered who the lead singer was. After exploring and asking Avalon fans questions, I discovered that the singer was none other than Janna Long and that she was about to release a solo debut. I awaited for the release of this CD. Once it came out, I made it my business to go to the store and buy the CD.To put it straight, the CD is awesome. It definitely does its purpose of giving all praises and honor to God. The CD is very encouraging and uplifting. Starting off with first single, GREATER IS HE, Janna lays it straight down to us about God's omnipotence and all-power. This song is very upbeat but contains a powerful message.Next is the very rhthmic and upbeat THINK ABOUT THAT. Just like Greater is He in production, this song could definitely be a single and it causes one to begin thinking about the deeper things of life, the more meaningful things.The first ballad on the CD is also one of the better songs as SOMEBODY LOVES YOU is definitely a song of encouragement. It is telling people that someone loves you and someone is Jesus. A very powerful piece this is.This slow jam, MORE, is less soulful than its three predecessors but it still has strong meaning as it just says that we need more of God's love.Probably one of the most rhythmic songs, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE, this song tells us that nothing is impossible with God. The message is something that one commonly hears about but here it is very special.CALL appears on T.D. Jakes' CD and it is a very soulful slow jam. The message is kind of vague as it is not as easy to understand but it a nice song.OVERJOYED is probably one of the weakest songs on the disc. The production is kind of weak but it the message is the key. Just about being overjoyed over God's love.The next full ballad after SOMEBODY LOVES YOU is WHAT WOULD I DO is tight. Its just saying what would you do without God's love. The instrumentation is awesome and just like on SOMEBODY LOVES YOU, Janna delivers again.Another tight song on the disc is SUPERMAN. The production is awesome and Janna's voice gives it even more. It is about finding that superman in a significant other.The last song is one of Janna's favorites. It is the ballad, IN CHRIST ALONE. Though she sounds less soulful here, she still delivers well.Overall, a very cohesive and well-put together CD. The ballads and the uptempos are great and the fact that Janna can sing makes it better. But what makes it best is the fact that she is praising God and you definitely cant go wrong with that. All praises be to the King. Get this CD. Its awesmome!!"

"This is a great album!!! I bought it simply because Janna is in Avalon, and when i played it for the first time i was like, "Wow. this is GREAT stuff!" Some of my favorite songs include "Greater is He" "Think About That" "Call" "Overjoyed" and "Superman.""
