CD ReviewsOne of Jack's Best Dr. Robert Hackler | Orlando, Fl. USA | 08/28/2008 (5 out of 5 stars) "These 6 selections, originally part of an LP, present some of Jack Teagarden's finest work. Three of the selections feature Edmond Hall and Jimmy McPartland, formerly of Count Basie's band, and the last three include Kenny Davern on clarinet, Jack's sister Norma Teagarden(a rare recording) on piano, and my favorite drummer Ray Bauduc (of Bob Crosby's Bobcats). Although frequently recorded, these tunes come through with excellent spirit and clean arrangements."
