Iron Lung Corporation return with blast of emotion.

(5 out of 5 stars)

"In 1996 the members of Acumen Nation and The Clay People came together to record a masterpeice of Industrial Metal riffs and beats called Big Shiny Spears. In 2002 life was looking up for Acumen Nation with their Cracknation Record Label and critical aclaim for their Dj? Accucrack side project. At the same time The Clay People who seemed ever closer to breaking through to the main stream to some industrial purists dismay suddenly came to a crashing halt when lead singer Neet was kicked out of the band he founded and owned the name to. Many longtime fans wondered if Neet would follow his ex-bandmates, into Nu-metal hell. Instead like a burst of light in the dark Neet returned to his friends in Acumen Nation and returned to the industrial glory of the past. Ditch the Attitude Pally finds the group representing the music of both of their other respective groups hey days while creating a more cohesive and emotional sound that will move even the darkest hearted rivet head. Neet and Novak's double vocals lend emotional weight to each track that most bands would die to acheive. The ILC has also returned with quite a bit of whit and humour that makes the effort even more entertaining and pertinent. Neet plays the straight man as Novak takes shots at the record industry and the bands that have ridden to success by copping the style they invented. If you are looking for an epic guitar industrial album with a load of intelligence and humor this is it."
