CD Reviews

Pendulum Tome
Tim Sullivan | Belmont, MI United States | 12/09/2002
(4 out of 5 stars)

"This collection is pretty cool to have if you didnt get all the comics individually. With this you get all the pendulums in one book and you get all the songs on one cd. The only problem is that they left off the 3 Tunes for the Juggalos cd and added in a pretty stupid intro instead. But all in all, if you love ICP as much as I do and if you didnt get all the comics when they first came out, then this is for you. Plus, it has all the cover art before each volume wtih out all the extra [stuff] that is on the actual individual comics. So get this if you dont have theses songs yet. P.S. Most of the songs on the cd are available elsewhere so if you dont want the comics, then you dont really need this."
Wicked Adventures!

"This is a really good package. It includes every Pendulum series comic, the Hallowicked comic, and a prelude to the Pendulum comic series. It also includes a cd with almost every song in the Pendulum single series. The only songs missing on the cd are the 3 songs that were included on the Pendulum 7, the "Three Tunes For Juggalos," which are Psychopathic Rydas' solo songs. All the rest of the music is great, even though most of it has already been released, but the music isn't what count's this time, it's the novel. This comic is great. It tells a graphic story about the wicked clowns, Violent J and Shaggy, as they fight off evil and devilish figures. The art is amazing. This book doesn't hold back on the violence. It is also good to see familiar faces in the story, such as Twiztid and Dark Lotus. All in all, this comic is extremely entertaining and the cd is just a little bonus to it. Definately a Juggalo must have! MCL"
