HR has bumped his head somewhere along the way. Well I am surprised at how good the Build A Nation album was! HR did ruin a few songs (every reggae song). He seems to like to ramble on about nothing at times in Build A Nation, and does the exact same on Hey Wella. In older albums there were messages and thoughtful song writing. None here, just grunting and rambling on about nonsense! Hey Wella in my opinion is COMPLETE GARBAGE." HR- Hey Wella kosis | 01/02/2009 (4 out of 5 stars) "A decent album. It has a couple flaws, but was put together with more care than "Build A Nation" was. If Lee Perry dabbled in metal it might sound something like this.
