"Houston Person and friends play this set with a lot of emotion. From sweet and sultry on "As Time Goes By" to hot and sassy on "Joey's Blues", Houston and Joey DeFransesco (on Hammond Organ) provide a wide range of passionate playing. Houston strikes fire with his sax on "Namely You" bringing in Philip Harper on trumpet for some great solo work. Randy Johnston's fingers on guitar find a good grove as well. I haven't heard this quality of sax and organ playing in a long time."
