"The Hope Conspiracy are one of the best new hardcore bands around. They play metal influenced in your face hardcore, but put their own twist on it to make it their own. This is their first album released on Equal Vision records. "Code Blue" is one of the best hardcore albums I've heard in recent years. This album truly rocks, and is absolutly great. They play a great live show, full of energy and very tight/not sloppy. This album captures that same intensity and energy the band emits on stage, and channels it through your speakers at a thousand miles an hour. "Code Blue" is a brutal, unreleanting ride of hardcore goodness. Almost any and all hardcore fan will find something about this album to like. Even if you don't like hardcore, you might like this. The lead singer has a great voice, and his lyrics are really well written. Production is top notch, and the entire record sounds great. "Fragile" and "You've Been Warned" are two perfect examples of the great song writting and raw talent this band has. Great debut from a band on the rise. The Hope Conspiracy tour non-stop, so go see them and support them by buying this album, it is great."
