"I had so much trouble getting information on this item that I bought it to find out myself. There are 9 tracks on the cd, all come from the material on her Metamorphosis cd. Seven are dance remixes, one is straight from the album, one sounds like a live-in-the-studio acoustic version. So Yesterday and Come Clean each get two different remixes represented here. The DVD is "The Girl Can Rock" as but is Region 2 as opposed to being playable on North American DVD players. If you have an international player, no problem. I think it should play in Europe as is.



I really like the remixes, some very cool variations on the album versions. Well done. The fact that Hilary sings from the heart and has such a nice voice makes her music work well in more than one style of presentation. I also like the cover art on this item. If you really appreciate Hilary's music this is worth having in your collection."

"wow. this is so good. there is loads of songs and it and loads of extras. it is a great price for what you get. A must have for all hilary duff fans. I also love the cover"
