He let me listen to a few songs which I promptly turned around and bought the CD for myself. We saw them live for the first time at Schuba's in Chicago November 21st and I have to say they know how to rock.
This CD has a great production value. All the songs are very catchy without being poppy. The singer has the kind of voice that makes you want to listen to him tell his story...then sing along when the chorus hits. These songs are well written, though a bit short, they still work. All these songs are straight ahead rock; no extra fluff or studio tricks here. I highly recommend these guys...sing along with your friends! More proof the power trio is the only way to go." |
