"I must confess to having a weakness for everything the fabulous ian levine touches. I have spent a large part of my life tracking down his various productions and without this gifted gentleman I would have nothing to listen to! But enough of this and onto the wonderful hattie herself! Not just a former motowner but a lady with a superb and distinctive vocal talent this coupled with her teaming with ian and what you have is real soul! I have only recently stumbled across the unpleasant fraternity who set out to destroy or pour nasty opinions on ian. Who else was bothered about former singers down on their luck? NO-ONE! Who else would have traced and tracked down singers the rest of the listening world at large had forgotten about? NO-ONE! ian wrote in the liner notes of his recent New Nothern Soul For A New Millienium album that he hoped he had the support of others who live by the ethic Its whats in the groove that counts! YOU DO IAN,YOU DO!"
