Polish Funk 3 is the unique selection of rare grooves from Poland of the 1970's. As with previous volumes (1 an 2), this one's put together by the Soul Service DJ Team -- and this time around, they seem to really be opening up their bag -- increasing the styles of music offered through an exploration of fusion, vocal jazz, big band, and soul -- all with a deep undercurrent of the funk promised in the title! There's some really wicked tunes with Polish lyrics -- words you probably can't understand, but which are sung with a nicely harsh edge that almost make the tunes feel like Finders Keepers-styled funk.
