Pure escapism. This record is the result of three close friends locking themselves in a dark practice space for one hot summer and creating something beyond themselves. Clocking in at 40 minutes, this record flows forth with the gauzy memory of a civilization on a graceful decline. Half composed space rock, half pure improvisational kraut jams, woven together like the threads of Damo Suzuki's tunic. Neu!, Ash Ra Temple or Pink Floyd whisper in the background, but this record exists squarely in the time and place that the sound was conceived. Long live the cosmic summer.
