I feel I'm able to distance myself and take a draw from the magical composition, beginning with the alluring song, Spinneee. The music on this album feels much like a reflection in sonic form. (By the way, did you know that when you are eating, you should relax and just enjoy the food? You should put aside intense discussions until AFTER you finish your food. And, PLEASE do not use dinner time to argue. Anyway, that was my 2 cents. Back to the review--this CD was created almost entirely with acoustic instruments and uses few synthesized parts. You hear a grand piano, harp, acoustic base guitar, string base, viola, electronic keyboard, and other beautiful instruments. A beautiful collection of 9 tracks of soft music from Sequoia Records, totaling a wee bit less than 45 minutes, this was a welcomed Christmas gift from a very good girlfriend. May I suggest it as a gift for any peace-loving friend, and buy a copy for you, too. " |
