Awesome!

"Gary Mayes & Nu Era are a fresh new group out of Houston, TX who have taken the independent gospel music scene by storm and are soon to break into the mainstream gospel industry! For those of you who haven't experienced their ministry, I suggest you immediately pick up both albums and add them to your music collection; I PROMISE you will NOT be disappointed. The NE X-perience Vol. II is their sophomore album, and once again I'm amazed at their ability to take you from high praise to intense worship and back again. Although this is a Christmas CD, I guarantee you'll be spinning this one year-round, and it's evident that Gary has definitely taken it to the next level with this new project. It's got some gut-wrenching gospel renditions of Christmas favorites along w/ some awesome praise & worship that you can listen to at ANY time. Not only are the production and the choir on point, but Gary has amassed some of the baddest soloists on Earth to be featured on this one project. Shawm McLemore (formerly w/ John P. Kee) takes the lead on "All Hail" & reminds us why we miss his smooth vocal stylings so much and Ms. Kim Burrell throws DOWN on "Go Tell It" like only Kim can with the choir and band providing more than adequate support. For those who remember Gene Moore from the first album he returns to usher us in one more time on "Jesus My Everything," and words do not even begin to describe how Nikita Clegg (Kurt Carr singers)had me shoutin around my house when I first heard her blowin "Don't 4get the Baby" like her mind had gone bad!! WHEW!! In short, the entire album is truly a blessing and is essential to any real gospel lover's collection.Be Blessed!
