CD ReviewsA Splendid Showcase 11/27/1998 (4 out of 5 stars) "I bought this cd and somehow it fell into neglect for quite some time. One day I pulled it out and haven't put it back since. It's a marvelous cd, not as good as some of the other exceptional work done by Kenton and his orchestra, but a great one nonetheless. Features a variety of members from the band with some surprises along the way. My personal favorite chart of this album is "Montage." It's not everybody you come across a tune so well written AND so well played. If you're a Kenton fan, you owe this album a chance."
