CD Reviews

I want a year's supply of whatever these geezers are on.

"These guys could be Good Charlotte's grandparents. This CD would burn the mohawks off that band at 20 paces. It's almost too intense to listen to all the way through. Just a tad more metallic than their earlier records but still flys that Oi/Crust flag high. Recommended, if for nothing else to prove that old codgers can still melt young whippersnapper's faces off if they put their minds to it."
Favorite album of all time

"Well lets start this off by saying The Exploited are my favorite band of all time so I might be a little biased. But to counter that im not one of those punks who writes off all other forms of music just because they have a mohawk and think they are the sh*t. Journey, yes cheesy 80s rockers Journey, is my second favorite band of all time. OK now that all that is out of the way....

This is not only my favorite Exploited album of all time but my favorite album of any band ever. Nothing I have ever heard has such raw power and energy, and to think how long Wattie had been around before this was released.

The Exploited started as a street punk/oi! band yet through the years have mixed thrash into the mix to create a unique sound. That sound culminates in this album and it should leave you floored. Anyone into music, not just punk, should listen to this album, its truly that good. From the guitar work to the drums, to Wattie's insane vocal delivery, its all amazing. A masterful combination of punk rock agression, metal head bashing heaviness, and amazing instrumentation, greatest album ever. BUY IT!!!!

OOO and as for all the "old school" punk fans bashing this album for not being straight forward punk... listen to troops of tomorrow the songs on there also have a strong thrash metal influence too. I dont hear many old schoolers trash that album. So instead of judging an album by how well it fits into a genre, actually try and listen to it for music. And if anyone wants to call me a poser, feel free, I wont hear you over my music."
A very Dark and Hard Album.

"This is probably the scariest of all of the Exploited's material, because it talks about Psychopaths killing people and serial killer's F***ing children and then killing them, dead body's and children not being scared of them, more of the system. I normally don't say this but if you get this and you have one of those mothers or grand mothers or aunts that are religious and get offended by the word "Word" (I'm making fun of those people), turn down the volume because I'm sure they can yell at you and be a pain in the ass!"
