"I am an American who has lived in both Sweden and Denmark, and by far the best secret Scandinavia has is the strength of their musicians. Though a native of Sweden, Eric Gadd's english songwriting skills outdo much of the popular music of the US, that is, he writes inspiring, thoughtful, and truly original music. His style is soul/funk inspired, yet there remains an edge of pop which gives the music a light texture. I also have to mention that I recently caught a live performance by Eric and it was utterly fantastic! I have never enjoyed a concert as much! I recommend Eric Gadd to anyone who has an open mind and is prepared to be impressed."

"I am Swedish but live in LA and am so happy that I could buy this amazing CD by Eric Gadd from amazon.com. It is truly a great CD for whatever you are in the mood for; hanging out on a lazy Sunday afternoon, cooking an amazing meal with your partner/friend/just yourself, on a rainy morning-reading a book you thought would be too deep for you only to find out that it makes you smile AND cry, sipping slowly on a fabulous Cabernet that you have been saving for a special moment...Trust me, buy this album & enjoy!"
