The soundtrack to the Pier Paolo Pasolini movie starring Toto' (acting in one of his last roles) and Ninetto Davoli. The head titles (in the rare stereo mix) are interpreted by Domenico Modugno. a brief but intense score based on contemporary sounds (Aforismi, Teatrino All'aperto 1, Teatrino All'aperto 2), mystic-epic music (Nidi Di Rondine) and 60's sonorities (Scuola Di Ballo Al Sole). The CD also includes the soundtrack to Cartoni Animati, 1997, a movie by Franco and Sergio Citti starring Fiorello. This score is close to Pasolini's world for the particular atmospheres created by mandolins.
