CD Reviews

Hail to the king
DAVID BEST | AVON PARK, FL United States | 04/12/2004
(5 out of 5 stars)

"A superior album with all the old standbys as well as songs not performed by the king too often on stage or recorded (blueberry hill). I like this performance better then the aloha via satellite album as he seems more relaxed and in tune with the audience. This is the album RCA should have released originaly."
Elvis - Great Sound! Great Performance!
syqureshi | Long Beach, CA United States | 04/11/2004

"This concert is a must have! Elvis is in excellent voice and the recording is probably one of the best sounding performances to date. The sound quality of this release surpasses even Aloha From Hawaii, which I'm sure you know was a big cd production for RCA. If you love Elvis in Concert, you must have this cd. A 1994 incomplete release of this concert is available and also sounds great, but I would definately recommend purchasing this entire version. It's full of Elvis humor, and great renditions of his concert performances. Honestly, this is probably the closest thing to having Elvis on Tour on cd, except for the now available April 18th 1972 San Antonio Concert. BUY IT -- It's WORTH IT!"
