Great stuff! Dimmu Borgir is as hard as it gets, yet still full of melody and complexity. No mindless head banging here.

"An old friend suggested this album to me, and although I'm not a huge black metal fan, I gave it a shot. I was totally blown away by the musicianship on this album. What a beautifully crafted album!!!! This will not be my last Dimmu Borgir album purchase. I'm hooked!!!!!!"
Best Dimmu CD...hands down.

"Ok, I'm writing this with "Kings Of The Carnival Creation" blaring in the background. Before I bought this, I had only ever heard 2 songs from it, so I was going from that and other peoples' reviews on here. This album blew my mind...not one bad track on it. But my favorites would have to be "Kings..." and "Hybrid Stigmata - The Apostasy". I currently own 4 Dimmu albums and this is my favorite one out of "In Sorte Diaboli", "Enthrone Darkness Triumphant" and "Spiritual Black Dimensions". I honestly cannot understand why so many people think that Dimmu are posers or sell outs just because their fan base is huge...and I mean HUGE for a Black Metal band. They don't get the respect they deserve, and it's not right. I definitely, 100% recommend this to anyone looking for good, crushing...yet melodic & very symphonic black metal."
