"I love this CD! From the first track to the last, there isn't a bad cut to be found. Mr. Wansel is on top of his game here and the smooth jazz stations really ought to stand up and take notice of a true master. This entire collection of songs simply rocks!!!

A Kool Summer (a clever, fresh nod to Summer Madness), Apple Martini, Dark Matter, Rik's Hot Sauce, You Can Make It What You Wish (Denise King has some awesome pipes!)...it's difficult to pick a favorite track, because they are all that good. If you are a fan of Mr. Wansel's work (as I am!), pick this CD up and enjoy. If you've never heard his work before, you're ears are in for one of the smoothest, mellowest rides this side of Montreux! Cheers!!"

"I missed the album "Captured".I hope that it will get reissued on CD.I really love Dexters work on Jean Carns debut album.I bought it at least 5 times. The songs"Im in love once again,Where did you ever go,You are all I need"These are the STANDARD of all jazz! The piano solo @ the end of"Im in love again",I dont know who is breaking that down but its excellent!I guess I gave this CD only 4 stars because I hear Dex on J.Carns debut.I hope The MAN will do more with Jean.I was glad when they reissued Dexs old jams.Dex if you ever read this Please give us more of Cynthia,Jean & Yourself!& DONT WAIT SO LONG!"
