"Aurora are coming from Denmark and this is their second album so far. The music can be described as Melodic Death Metal and mark our words, these guys are seriously good. There's really no need to start writing about bands that influenced them because the guys are worth much more than that. The compositions are strong and their music is very technical. The songs have complex structures and each has a distinct feeling that makes it so different than the others. They never fall in the trap of repeating themselves and even in songs that last more than 10 minutes you never get bored. Very interesting arrangements, with many changes and a few atmospheric passages that help create a dark atmosphere. The songs are heavy and yet melodic, never being too brutal and never being too melodic. They just have the perfect balance and even when they cross the line to the one or the other side it is done in a way that makes their sound even more varied and interesting. The production is good and the art work even better. One of the best albums in that genre for 2000 and one you don't want to miss if you are a fan of melodic death metal"
