Finally! A flute CD for flutists and dancers!!!!!

"Thanks to Desert Wind for bringing us Flute Fest. My passions in life are dancing and playing the flute. Now I have one special CD which allows me to dance to a variety of Mediterranean rhythms, while at the same time being able to enjoy Andalin's gorgeous flute work. I love the funk bass on Downtown Beladi and imagine that must have been a fantastic session in the recording studio! Flute Voyage should surely be a soundtrack for some exotic film. I can even envision the gypsy procession in the Desert as I listen to that song. Andalin's flute soars in Andalin's song. I wonder what she was thinking? I recommend this CD to any aspiring flutist with the vision to explore new territories. My belief is that Beethoven would have been honored by the new flute melody to the first movement of his Moonlight Sonata. Perhaps there was some channeling there? Seriously. The flute work is outstanding, and Alan Bachman's arrangements are simply inspired. No wonder you started this CD with thunder!!!!! Thanks again. Samantha"
