"I ordered this CD from an Amazon seller (thanks 'parkslopemusic') and left feedback but never wrote reviews for this or many other CDs I ordered before. So here it is.
This gets 5 stars from me because, well, I like Darude. I have seen other reviewers on here who debate whether to call his music Trance or Techno or Rave or whatever. it makes no difference. To settle the score once and for all, it's Electronica. Period. How people want to sub-genre this music is their choice.
As for the CD itself, it is from the United Kindom, released as a limited edition 2CD set. The original label this was released on was Neo Records, Ltd., which is now defunct which puts this particular version, and any others by Neo Records OOP (Out Of Print/Production). It has the standard album that was also released in the USA and Finland on CD 1. CD 2 has 3 multimedia tracks and 3 binus track remixes, as the above tracklisting suggests. For a PC video it is nicely done and can easily be ripped and re-burned as a VCD for playback on any (S)VCD-compatable DVD player. This is a good idea since this CD is no longer available at retail and only through the private sector.
I like the Rocco & Heist Remix of Feel The Beat on the bonus CD the best of the three remixes. The videos are also a good bonus since the Internet is teeming with crappy, choppy lo-quality TVRips of said videos. Overall, I have to say this CD is great. I know Finland is notorious, like many other European nations, for producing some of the best Electronica and Darude exemplifies this very fact. Kiitoksia Hyvin Herra Virtanen.
