"These two piano giants..the great swing master Basie and the jazz classical great pianist together is a great combo that really works on this great CD..The sessions show you how different the styles are but together mesh wonderfully on blues Basie standards and classics.

The sound of the CD is very impressive and this is a great Peterson combo CD..like many of the others...Brown,Armstrong,Webster to name a few."
