Wonderful Readings of Some of Mozarts Finest Works

(5 out of 5 stars)

"I was given this cd with the other two by a friend. Thank goodness she gave it to me! This cd is wonderful. The playing is excellent and the sound is very high quality. Being a clarinettist, I personally enjoyed the clarinet concerto. Eric Hoperich's tone is divine. Everyone thinks that the Sabine Meyer recording of the clarinet concerto is so wonderful, well I think this is MUCH better. Hoperich puts so much feeling into the music, much more than Meyer. The other concertos on this cd are also very, very good. The bassoon concerto is the best recording I have heard in a very long time. Same with the oboe concerto. So, I you are a Mozart enthusiast, or just someone who wants to discover the world of classical music, this cd is for you. It is absolutley wonderful, and well worth the price."
