(and believe me, it was an event in my home) What made the anticipation build was the fact that not only am I a fan of all the stars participating, but also of the composers/creators. IT WAS EVERYTHING I DREAMED IT COULD BE. Such sweet voices. Such a wonderful production. This CD is all I've been listening to for weeks.... and March is hardly the holiday season. This Scrooge changes gradually as he meets the various ghosts and truly seeks a change even before learning of his fate. The vocals are nicely done- Ranging from the creepy depths of the graveyard to the uplifing duet between young Ebeneezer and Emily. The best being Scrooge's prayer in the graveyard.
