CD Reviews

Every music he plays is good stuff
Jorge Velasco Cruz | Santiago, Chile | 03/29/2001
(5 out of 5 stars)

The best in Caetano's career

(5 out of 5 stars)

"In this show, Caetano celebrates his 50th birthday and sings just the best songs of his career. The band is conduced by Jacqes Morelembaum, one of the most famous brazilian cello players, and really, one of the best. Caetano's version of Dylan's Jokerman is just perfect (as a matter of fact it's the best song in the album). In my opinion this is the best album in Caetano's career, much better than the last, "Livros" (in English "Books")."
