CD ReviewsSolo Guitar at it's Best! 12/20/1999 (5 out of 5 stars) "I became familiar with Brian Keane's music through his work with Faruk Tekbilek and later bought his awesome score to the 'Way West'. I had not been aware at that point,that he had a career as a Jazz guitarist before any of those records. It says in the liner notes that this is a solo guitar record with no overdubs, but at times, Keane sounds like he is three guitarists at once. This CD is not a guitar circus album however, but a thoughtful, emotional, and poignant collection of solo guitar peices. The best cuts are 'Cast Your Fate',' A Child is Born', and the title cut 'Snowfalls' but the whole record is very well played."
