This CD is a tribute to one of America's greatest composers, Edward Kennedy "Duke" Ellington. The songs are bluesy soulful original instrumental arrangements of some of the "Duke's" biggest hits. The arrangements are built around the great piano stylings of Bobby Zee, the lush string arrangements of Llew Matthews, the unmistable soulful saxophone of Rob Kyle and the smooth solid fretless bass and stand-up bass of Zoe.
