(5 out of 5 stars)

"the black crowes shake your money maker was released in 1990.shake your money maker was the black crowes first album.the black crowes are a georgia band and their music sounds like a cross between humble pie and the rolling stones 70,s era sound.on money maker the crowes sound great and from the opening track;twice as hard you just know your in for some great melodic highly enjoyable southern rock.for my tastes the best tracks on this great album are;sister luck[which reminds me of the stones sway from sticky fingers!],jealous again, thick,n,thin, seeing things, twice as hard, hard to handle and ofcourse she talks to angels.also great on this remastered version is the acoustic version of she talks to angels!if you like gritty stonesish kind of rock this album and their second album;the southern harmony and musical companion are well worth getting!!play this one loud!"
