CD Reviews

Word's cannot express....
Kenneth L. Mahone II | Snellville, Ga USA | 05/19/2005

"I'm not trying to knock anybody else's reviews, but they're only scratching the surface. First of all, being the fact that this is one of NY's top songwriters ("He wrote It Shall Be Done" for TD Jakes), of course this would be an album that you could at least stomach (look at other choir CD's that had alot of hype but little not substance). But this cd is different on so many levels. First of all this choir doesn't even allow you to make any critiques before they sing because they don't give you any time to. They just bust out, not asking or begging for attention, not even demanding it. They take it!!! Then (if you ever but the cd) look at the list of musicians. Does James Hall & Worship and Praise ring a bell? Bassist Reggie Young and pianist John Peters (Two of James Hall's Musicians) are playing, sparing no man's ears. Even the other member's of the band roster are kickin'. They sound as one, which very rare to say. And the skill, is one point. In closing, if you're looking for some real gospel music from real artist and not the average cookie cutter group, Eric McDaniel & TLC Church Choir is the way to go."
The Best of The Best

"Bishop McDaniel has a little of everything on this album, from praise dancing songs that make you shout to inspirational songs that keep you going to straight worshiping songs for you to cry out to the Lord. I love that Bishop McDaniel is not the only one singing the leads on the album. May God bless his vision for the church and I can't wait until their next album comes out."
