"This is a wierd one.



I have all 40 or so bert kaempfert vinyl albums , and have heard them all many times.

And this is the one that impresses in a special way because while there is no great number to be remembered in it (all the vinyl albums had 12 tracks - so it's hard to rate a CD esp. when it has '2 albums in 1') it does what a good album should do - have each number follow a certain theme in a complementary style - like a story - with a nice feel

The band is in peak form and adds a slightly hokie tropical twist to their sound - but after hearing it throughout you'll probably feel like me it was one of the better albums, not great but very good.





I would recommend it"
