Synopsis

Product Description
When a new record by Bebe is on the way, you've got to be ready for an adventure. So, fasten your seat belts because February 7 will bring the release of a vibrant rock and roll infused album: UN POKITO DE ROCANROL.If we had to define this record in one word, it would be energy. as in the force that pulses through new songs such as Me pintaré, Adiós, Sabrás, Compra-paga, Joyas, Kiéreme, Qué carajo and Guapo. Produced by Renaud Letang, One of the most distinguished French producers in recent decades (Manu Chao, Sergent Garcia, Claude Nougaro, Jane Birkin, Feist and The Silencers) the album was recorded entirely in Paris with French musicians ("in an old studio, full of life and orderly disorder" explains Bebe); it was there where the Bebe-Letang collaboration put together an inspired, different, powerful and risky piece of work. This will be Bebe's third studio album. Her previous release, Y., went straight to the top of the charts right after its release and received a Platinum Record Certification and Latin Grammy nomination.Y was also selected the Best National Record of 2009 on EP3, and iTunes Spain made it the Album of the Year. Pafuera telarañas (2004), Bebe's debut album, sold more than 500,000 copies in Spain and received five Platinum Record certifications stayin on the chars for more than 100 weeks. It was also a Gold Record in four countries (the United States, Italy, Argentina and Colombia) winning the Ondas prize in 2004 and a Latin Grammy in 2005.
